My grandfather's people were all whalers from Shetland. My grandfather and his brother didn't want to be whalers, but they ended up going to sea anyway. My grandpa was in the Navy during WWII, and spent the rest of his career in the Merchant Navy. Maybe we can eventually make language a complete impediment to understanding. -Hobbes
