I only faced reluctance today after I told them that the whole faculty is coming out to see them...they are terrified of my mentor, the department head.  Nevertheless, I told them that last week i was a democrat and gave them a choice (between an oral report or a performance), this week I am the dictator since they made their choice...no backing out now, the flyers are already being made.

But they are a great bunch of kids.
