I read recently that there would be a delay in the commissioning of the Olkiluoto plant as TVO recently refused some major parts from Areva for quality reasons. Do you have more info?

May be it has to do with that. Areva has contracted important parts of the core vessel to Mitsubishi Heavy Industries that should have been built directly by Areva-NP (formerly Framatome).

There has been some quality issues with the cement pouring and since Finland is enjoying a construction boom it has been hard to find skilled people, especially as the wages are pretty low at the reactor project.
