Thank you for this refreshing diary and the beautiful pictures. This is yet another unconventional (but harmless) healing alternative :-) to the general gloom surrounding us.
In London, Regent's Park trees have turned from blossoming into deep green within 2 weeks and tulips are gone, replaced by roses. A pity I did not manage to take pictures of the baby swans, they were just too cute.

Flowers are like a natural anti-depressant for me! But I was a landscape gardener for 10 years, so I guess you could say after planting so many flowers they have become friends!!

did not see the movie and don't know whether it actually deals with the topic, but I like the title.
I was thinking of buying a flower shop when I retire from the banking business. I don't mind waking up really early and whilst I am everything but patient, I can spend hours arranging flowers until I get the effect I like.
