Perhaps if we all moved to Lake Woebegone... Now where are we going and what's with the handbasket?
Or, the 'reform' model embodies a justification for penalizing (writing off) those who are not above average. The fact is that what we're experiencing right now is a top-down disaster. -Paul Krugman
