Death after two-hour ER wait ruled homicide

So, it's no secret that they are trying to kill us.  I wonder though, one of the main complaints of national healthcare systems is "long waits".  You folks have a lot of these incidents?

It is in the UK, where they have all these numerical targets nowadays. One of which is that all patients entering ER should be treated within 4 hours.
Thus they force sick people to wait outside the door so as not to "start the clock".

Long waits are an issue, but not for something like that: sitting in accident and emergency for eight hours on a Friday night is quite doable and you can get stuck on a trolley waiting for a bed, but that's precisely because the more urgent cases are being rushed past you.

Though there was a case or two where they fucked up patient transfers and killed a guy in rural hospitals that are in the process of being downgraded.
