five years ago land and houses were still relatively cheap around where I am. but in the last few years houses and land have trebled in value.
Any idiot can face a crisis - it's day to day living that wears you out.

My apartment in Helsinki had two gorgeous stoves. The building used to have those in every apartment, but the silly owners had renovated them and ripped them off. Our landlord hadn't, luckily.
