There may be others around Europe, but I do know of such a shiny-nosed beastie in Firenze (Florence), Piazza del Mercato.

Actually, Italy would have been my second guess.  So, it's probably the one you know of.  The photo was taken during the 1970s and I took so many photos back then.  We lived in the UK and spent every available vacation day on the Continent, except for short visits to Wales several times a year.
