All the commenters seem to be American. Is Jörg the only European on that forum? Must be hard to be an Atlanticist when all your American friends do is demean you for being a European.

Well, I wouldn't want to comment upon Joerg specifically as I one day hope to discuss Atlanticism with him.

However, I will say that it does appear to me that most Atlanticists views are profoundly influenced by the fact that they spend most of their time talking with USians about policy...
