160-158, a disgusting law passes. Now for the second vote. The law concerns giving more discretionary power to expulse European citizens. Some of the more aberrant clauses of the original decree have been eliminated, such as holding EU citizens in the modern version of concentration camps, the so-called Centers of Temporary Permanence (!)

The law just passed. Prodi survived again. We'll see if this law holds up before European Courts.
