If there is a God, a master of the universe, an omnipotent all powerful being I will in fact point out the Satanic evilness of this concept.  Let all who spoke it or advanced it's cause be reincarnated as inanimate objects, rocks in a prison yard for example.  Imagine, a former billion dollar CEO spending eternity as a rock.

In hindsight perhaps the more benevolent action might have been complete nuclear annihilation during the cold war.

It's all down to definition isn't it.

To me the connectivity of individuals with each other that is the key to globalisation is a marvellous thing.

On the other hand, the centralisation and consolidation and growth of inequality we see are just as "evil" in effect as you say.

But I'm an optimist. Help is coming.

The fact that a 19 year old could single-handedly destroy the business model of the entire global music industry by inventing "peer to peer" music sharing gives me hope that all is not lost.

Napsterisation is happening wherever we look, for those with eyes to see.

And it will mean the end of everything negative about globalisation.
