China is investing fully in Zimbabwe, having much interest in their tabacco crops. (Hmmm, is the interest 25 mln or 58 mln?) Everyone understands powerful interests without objections.
On principle I think it is positive that China is investing in Africa, but just as the West did for decades, propping up an authoritarian dictator only leads to more deaths and destruction. Rutherfordian ------------------------------ RDRutherford
