China is investing fully in Zimbabwe, having much interest in their tabacco crops. (Hmmm, is the interest 25 mln or 58 mln?) Everyone understands powerful interests without objections.
On principle I think it is positive that China is investing in Africa, but just as the West did for decades, propping up an authoritarian dictator only leads to more deaths and destruction. ------------------------------ Rutherfordian RDRutherford
