Freïburg, at the end of the Vauban district, a low energy consumption building...

The colored slabs hide a particle filter and a heat exchange system for natural ventilation between a busy street and the apartments. The main building (on the picture) shields smaller row houses (picture 2) from the phonic disturbance of the very motorized street !

This time it was the 18-70 DX zoom (kit lens), as it was handy for the trip to Tübingen, Voraltberg and Freïburg, and still the same good old D200 :-)

The stencils were shot with the 50/1.4 S and the 85/2 AIS respectively !
