Thanks for the well wishes!  As per the hurricane ..umm... tropical depression, the thing that worries me is that it is going to sit still over water for at least another 24 hours before it moves in our direction.  That gives it ample time to grow.  Nobody here is taking it seriously yet despite tropical storm warnings being issued for Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.  In fact the political caravans are roaring up and down the streets with loudspeakers and reggaeton blasting to kingdom come.  I, on the other hand, am going to shimmy quietly down to the supermarket after the evening news in an effort to preempt the crowds that will undoubtedly show up later (as in tomorrow morning) desperate for canned goods and batteries when it dawns on them that we are about to get hit with a hurricane.
