Sassafras still in hospital (4.00 / 15)

Her blood is still relatively toxic as it continues to shift bilirubin (the yellow stuff that gives the jaundiced look) from her skin. So she won't be allowed out for a bit in case there are complications.

I can't see her this week, but if she's still inside I'll check on her next monday.

Well I dunno about Sassafras (who's not on the net, but gets email through her blackberry), but it lifted me.

I can't see why they wouldn't. Apparently he's still active and successful and they do play in Spain occasionally.

Not that it would make someone in hospital feel better, but babys born at high altitudes (Colorado Springs: 6000 ft = 1800 m) often suffer from jaundice. Newborns here are routinly placed under UV lights which help work off the biliruben.
