Because you'd need good christian republicans patrolling then to make sure no rudeness happened that much closer to the sight of god. Life should consist in at least fifty percent pure waste of time, and the rest doing what you please.
Thinking of it, you could save even more money by sharing bed with someone, just one ticket for two people! Peak oil is not an energy crisis. It is a liquid fuel crisis.
