In the pond/spa pictured above, there are two systems involved.
One, a jacuzzi with water temps up to 104 degrees F, including a hot waterfall.
This is also a salt water system.
Two, surrounding this is a pond with ambient temperature water.
I don`t have the final touches going right now as I`m building up the bio- load slowly in the live pond. I have a lot of the plants in & some small fish to create the biological  base for the addition of more & more animals. The only time the two systems might be connected is if one tried to steam crayfish in the spa.
The following iages are a compilation of some of my past pond/ fall projects.
Although that is not the main focus of what I do, I always show my clients, my ponds & sell them,(usually) on the beneficial advantages of having a pond. It`s either that, or a fish tank, from freshwater to full coral reefs.
I put 20 or so more images related to ponds/falls linked to any of these images.
Please remember that the project I`m on at this time is not completed, but I promise to show you the totality of it when it is done, including fully planted.

that gives me some ideas...i love the props.

i planted some thornless blackberries to climb the fence.

i had to sink the fence 8" below the ground, because the main raiders, apart from the wild boar, are porcupines, which are very good at digging.

i lost 40 kilos of potatoes in one night to those suckers, i had planned to harvest them the next day!

the local hunters have imported eastern european breeds to mix with the local boar strains, resulting in a hybrid that has two litters a year, of twice the numbers.

many grain farmers are quitting nearby, as it doesn't pay with so much loss.
