Are you talking about Andorra?
Or do you plan on creating a new principality nestled between France and Spain?
In a windy valley, of course... (energy self-sufficiency etc...)
Now, that would be an idea...

I was thinking of Andorra, but we used to talk about building ETopia, so our own postage-stamp principality sounds like a good idea. We need to buy a patch of mountain. Then the hard part is declaring war on France or Spain to establish our independence.
