What a sweetie. Looks as though he's received some recent scratches to his muzzle.

It's a tough world out there, for homeless domestic cats, as my own can attest, but now he'll live under the protective wing of the LEP family!

Looks as though he's fitting right in :-)

<rub me tummy, eh?>

My neighbor`s cat looking at some of my 3D photography.
It gives me a headache too, sometimes.
The one eyed cat, a result of a now mangled coyote, is still alive after what seems like over 20 years. He`s only skin & bones, but insists on living outdoors, where many coyotes roam.

Poor fellow, the second one. Yet it looks as though he's in good health, otherwise. Give him an extra caress from me.

Thanks Loefing,
Milo has been a one eyed cat for years & years.
He won`t back down to any dog, no matter the size.
When people see him & wonder about him, I always tell them, he just loves to have his socket rubbed. I even caught some one trying to casually move his hand towards the socket. I called him on it in front of his girlfriend, & called him a perv, but it was all in fun.
He freaks out on catnip & rolls around & rubs his body all over it. A great cat.
My other best friend ever cat, was not so lucky.
The coyotes got him. He was the nicest cat ever.
Kaspar, the ghost. You couldn`t see him at night. He was sitting in front of some speakers at home, that were covered in black speaker fabric, & then, he closed his eyes, & disappeared in front of me. His mane shows up well here, after bleaching in the sun over summer.

Well, from beginning of October to beginning of march, the sun rises up over the sea. The rest of the year it rises up over some hills on the left of the photo. Now is the best time of the year, actually ;-)

Just took this shot from my office window; hand held so it's a bit blurry but pretty just the same.

Cagnes sur Mer

"The port is unique on this part of the coast as it is still used solely by fisherman. The private yachts that dominate the marinas in nearby towns such as Antibes and Cannes are nowhere to be seen":

Choosing is a serious business :

Then we drove up into the hills to the medieval charm of Tourette sur loup:

The locals:

`Tourrettes was a fortified village, and the arched passages remain through the wall of houses in three places into the center of the "vieux village".'

Provence as more of it used to be:

A little note for anyone who needs to see things a little differently.
Just turn your head upside down.
This is my last shot of the day.
I got my camera strap wet (I almost dunked the cam), getting as low as possible to the water for a reflection shot.
I couldnt really see in the dark.
The higher plants on the right are tall papyrus.
The weepy looking beauty is a cypress. There are two more smaller ones as you pan left.
The reflection is off of the water, in the salt water spa, located up in the rocks & water falls.
The deja-vu part works this way.
Look at the bottom half of the pic, with residual foam from the jacuzzi jets.
Step one is finished.
Now look at the top pic.
You just deja vu`ed it.

Hard to say about a line under the trees without track map... but I guess here.

With some Googling on the loco, Redwood Valley Railway No. 7, a 2-6-2 ("Prairie") wheel arrangement loco, I find it has no specific model but depicts a generic turn-of-the-century narrow-gauge locomotive "reshopped" in the 1920s or 30s, and was built by the park railway owner & employees.

Yep, that's it...

It is so cute!

I never thought I would call a locomotive cute, but this one was...

My little niece loves it and they go at least once a week.

What fascinated me was its power -- on your video, it pulls a 13-car train easily, so a solid construction.
