Hard to say about a line under the trees without track map... but I guess here.

With some Googling on the loco, Redwood Valley Railway No. 7, a 2-6-2 ("Prairie") wheel arrangement loco, I find it has no specific model but depicts a generic turn-of-the-century narrow-gauge locomotive "reshopped" in the 1920s or 30s, and was built by the park railway owner & employees.

It is so cute!

I never thought I would call a locomotive cute, but this one was...

My little niece loves it and they go at least once a week.

What fascinated me was its power -- on your video, it pulls a 13-car train easily, so a solid construction.
