Nate Silver says Virginia, Florida, Colorado and Nevada are likely to go for Obama.  NC is leaning Obama.

So he has it at O353-163M with IN and MO to be decided.

Not so much NC, I think - the O lead is closing.

But IN is looking likely.

Possibly not NC, but we've still got a good bit of Mecklenburg County (Charlotte) to come in, and there isn't much McCain stuff left.

Obama's lead in Virginia has expanded to nearly 50,000.

O's lead is actually growing again in NC.  Back to 10,000.  Still waiting on that last 43% of Charlotte, which is a good chunk.  McCain is, as best I can tell, completely out of Appalachian votes.  There are a few red counties, but they're very small, and there's still one county that should be blue-ish to come in up near Research Triangle.

I see charlotte compensate with other red coutnies  still with no repor..

And most of the heavily democratic conties are over..actually all of them except for Charlotte... unless something weird happens it should be for McCain...

again Charlotte can go so hevily for Obama that it compensates the loss and the still repuiblan counties coming...

I hope you are right.. but I do not count on it.. it will bs a nice surprise.

i do count on Indiana...

so if I am as right as when I predict H. Clinton win, North Carloina will go to Obama and Indiana to McCain je jej e:)

A pleasure

Completely agree.

I gave up on North carolina long time ago.. North carolina is going to McCain except for some weird swing...

florida, vriginia and Indiana look Obama.. Indiana still the closest one with even less 1% for Obama if counties are projected...

Obama is now ahead in Indiana. However, if the CNN map is right, Wayne county in the east still has to report and it might be more friendly towards McCain. Still some votes left in the cities, too, though.

Wouldn't give up on NC. Charlotte is only 57% in, and Obama has a lead of over 90,000 among them. The state is 87% in, and Obama is now down 22,000 votes.

Mc Cain should pick up 15000 votes easily from the red east coutnies which have not reported...

I will take a new look and see if there is a path to victory in NC.
