Discrepancy due to 'rounding up', maybe, but that still doesn't account for the 1%, whether it is whole or fractional ;-)

What is that 0.xx% thinking?

Methinks it's rounded down, not up. Pretty silly. At present:

Absolutely Left: 10 votes/52 votes total = 19.23%, vs. 19% displayed
Ambidextrous; mostly Left: 1/52 = 1.923% vs 1%
ambidextrous; mostly Right: 10/52 = 19.23% vs 19%
Absolutely Right: 31/52 = 59.615% vs 59%
