And stencils! I love them. Some are silly, some arty, some clever, some obscure - a person's own little in-joke. I really do consider it to be art, even if not in the Banksy league. There are very few stencils in Cardiff so it is always a great delight to find one.

The grotesco one was in an area where yet another Tesco Extra had been opened, putting the local grocery shops out of business.
