projects are finally coming under some vague control. The light at the end of the proverbial is faintly visible. I managed to catch up this weekend by chaining myself to the keyboard. Haven't been out since Friday PM.

This coming week I still have to write a minimalist website for a rapidy expanding ad agency (I doubt if there'll be more than 100 words in the whole thing, but they have to be very carfeully chosen words), record a voiceover for Nokia, discuss a large potential TV project all night with the producer over his favourite whisky (which is not my fave and which will wipe out wednesday), write a brochure in outline for a steel company, and attend the wild launch of a book of gangster slang (which will wipe out Friday). So it's an easy week, really ;-)

this is happening at the time European Tribune is involved in the kind of great community effort you always tell us is the future and you can't participate!

I know - it has been a source of frustration. But this is only the beginning. We are still launching on a learning curve. I believe there are great possibilities in the future for decentralized online organizations in reshaping democratic society, and I'm proud to be making a small contribution to one of the pioneering organizations. And especially because it is one that connects Europeans and europhiles.

Laptops in front of the TV today: I spent the last four fucking hours searching for a missing double quote symbol on a project that has to be ready for testing on Tuesday. Don't expect me to contribute usefully around here until about Wednesday ...
