Remap keyboard shortcuts bug (none / 0)

If there is a conflict between two keyboard shortcuts (e.g. the same shortcut for two different events), changing one won't eliminate the red frames indicating the conflict, and I can't apply the changes either. (However, deactivating one will end the indicated conflict, and if I close the window and open it again, I can reactivate it.)
