The single quote of the US keyboard is two to the right of the 'L'. It is strange if it would be the same key for you if it is not a single quote. The keyboard shortcuts are supposed to map to characters, not to keys. Now, it seems it does map to keys for you. Hmm, bizarre.

Take a look at the instructions for 'key preferences' in the diary. This will allow you to remap these functions to keys that are convenient for you. The relevant entries are 'NextNewComment' and 'PrevNewComment'. You can probably find some shortcuts in there you never use, deactivate them, and use those keys for comment moving.

The preference window, would that be 'Einstellung' in Extras? If it is, I can not find any button for shortcuts in there.

No, in Extras, you should first choose Extensions (maybe "Erweiterungen"?), third from top; then in the pop-up window, scroll down to TribExt, click on it, and then you'll see an Einstellungen button for TribExt.

Guess what, it was add-ons in Extras, instead of Einstellung. :-) I will give it a try when I have a little more time.

I meant Erweiterungen not Einstellungen.
