Hell, I live here, and I wasn't sure. Not counting my daily trek from L'Enfant to Suitland, I've only been into the District four or five times since moving here, and I haven't been to Chinatown since I was thirteen years old.

It's not crowded enough to be New York, so I was going to go with either San Francisco or Washington. Too many blacks and not filthy enough to be San Francisco (ducks), and Stormy and Gringo are kind of a giveaway, so I'll go with DC -- home of the half-assed, rapidly-contracting Chinatown.
