[ET Moderation Technology™]

You were warned above that another member disagreeing with you did not entitle you to tell them to go eat shi* (changing a letter does not alter the message in any way, does it?).

Here you make an ad hominem attack based on supposed "typical" behaviour of persons of a certain descent:

"What you are seeing here from Mark is typical anti-Russian sentiment by someone of Polish descent  - the same reason that the anti-missile shield is going up in Poland and the Czech Republic."

Insults and attacks like these are unacceptable on ET.

So, too, is down-rating comments on the basis of simple disagreement. Your troll-rating of MarekNYC was unjustified. As a result, your ratings have been wiped.

This is not the first time this has happened with you, under other IDs you have had here. ET policy on this has been clearly announced (see Ratings Abuse on the Frontpager Duties page http://www.eurotrib.com/special/frontpager_duties ). If you abuse the ratings system again, you will be deprived of rating rights for a week. If it happens again after that, you will lose rating rights for good.

This feels like lack of lecturing moderation and talking upon an adult.  /:

You have no idea what you're talking about, metavision. Zoe has even sent me xenophobic abuse by private e-mail because of a dustup over whether it's evil for cats to pounce on pigeons.

When the capital development of a country becomes a by-product of the activities of a casino, the job is likely to be ill-done. — John M. Keynes
