There's something of a logical disconnet betweeen a man who wishes to reassure us that there is no serious evidence for global warming and who then spends considerable effort "debunking" the proposed solutions as if he too accepted global warming were a fact but wished to engage with alternative approaches.

I should have been more explicit, but this is what I was suggesting with:

And, think about the last words, Tom, is there no need for making a "level of reduction that will make a real impact."  Is there a serious problem out there?  If the problems is serious, it is a real challenge, can you explain why you are even putting a price tag on it?
