Opera. But FireFox is also an option. Technically speaking, I could also use Internet Exploder, but I haven't used that in ages, so I'm not familiar with the tweaks.

If you have Firefox, open Eurotrib in it. You'll find a button calling on you to download TribExt, a Firefox extension written by someone. (Or just go directly to the TribExt download page.) That extension contains a de luxe bilingual column editor with inbuilt translator.
