This brochure is intended to provide information that will help YOU to help US in our everyday effort to identify and stop terrorism-before it becomes a deadly and tragic reality.
The flyer goes on to list "Some Characteristics of Terrorists":

I keep thinking that a trip to the US would be nice. They keep giving me new reasons not to go.

A policeman that does whatever his boss says without question as long as he's getting paid and taking a cut of the spoils off the people he is harassing. "Corrupt policeman" is probably better.

Isn't it amusing how many US Senators this could be applied to?

Especially the parts about fraud and drug running.

And plastic surgery.
