Excellent information. I think though it's only a news release to give the zombinals here some semblance of hope for "the future". In this New England area there are wind projects being discussed by the locals already know, "it ain't gonna happen".

I somewhat dislike being referred to as a "zombinal" simply because I don't share your degree of pessimism about our ability to break the right-wing stranglehold on geopolitics. In particular, I dislike having my judgement and intelligence questioned by someone who believes that 9/11 was an inside job. Physician, heal thyself!

I no longer subscribe to the traditional left/right conventional paradigms of politics but instead have embraced an anti-globalist theme documented by David Rothkopf in his most recent book Superclass. The ill effects and parasitic behavior of the small numbers of the elite ruling class have impeded the progress of mankind for far too many generations.
