What is it called? Where is it?

It looks like one of Michelangelo's unfinished Slaves.

The Gasometer in Vienna, Austria:

These four towers have been built 110 years ago to store locally produced gas, and were landmarks visible from afar ever since. By 1986, they went out of business, but their empty hulls and impressive internal spaces featured in several films, commercials and music videos. Then a decade ago, they became the centerpiece of a city renewal project: their bottom became a shopping mall, with flats and rooms to let around inner courtyars above, exhibition rooms in Gasometer D, and a new subway station just next to Gasometer A (next to which I made the photo).

Merida, Yucatan

Oldest Cathedral in North America.  Dates from mid 1500s I believe. San Ide Lfonso.

One of the oldest houses in Merida.  Known as the Casa de Montejo, it was home for Adelantado, Governor, and Capt General Francisco de Montejo (1479-1553), father of Francisco de Montejo El Mozo (1508-1565), the conquerer of Yucatan.

One of the early 20th century houses in Merida, likely built with the fortunes accumulated from the henequen boom.
