Yes, in the South-Eastern part of Hungary. And yes, such events are rather rare here: between one every few years and a couple in one year, and usually the weakest sort. In fact I think this is the very first one filmed by stormchasers (a relatively new and increasingly popular hobby here). *Traitor*, n.
