I really like that!

Has a slightly off-balance Japanese graphic feel to it. Composition, colours and accents, the bambooiness of the deck panels and their axonometric tilt, the calligraphic bird - all are reminiscent of my most favourite artist, the Old Man Mad About Drawing, Katsushika Hokusai

I think the off-balance feel is provided by the intersecting sets of parallel lines.

and the fact that  the picture is framed so the horizon line (if you could see it) would be tilted off horizontal - see the pot.

Hmmm...the 2nd one could have been a contender for the 'reflections' section...looks like the sun is reflected in her eye...
