Considering that Guardans' website has an article on from Europe we must stop the criminalisation of the Roma people, it must be a mistake in voting or recording the vote.

Write your MEP?

*Traitor*, n.
A benighted individual who perceives an illusory distinction between serving his nation and abetting the criminals who govern it.

He's not my MEP, but he has said it's a mistake on his website. From the article I link:
Guardans ha comès en el moment del vot del text un error material que ja ha estat rectificat davant dels serveis de la cambra perquè així consti a l'acta de la sessió d'avui.Guardans made a material error at the time of voting on the text which has already been rectified before the Parliament's services so that it is recorded in the minutes of today's session
Oh, and he just confirmed this by e-mail in response to a note I left on his website. However, it's not been corrected in the "roll-call votes", nor in the "results of votes" available from the EP's website.

I think MEPs issue corrections if they find out they have voted wrongly.
