  1.  Well... I'm going to give them some time to regroup and get their act together.  They've been through a lot in the last few weeks.  So the fact that the new site is like, er, EnglishRussia, but with more commentary and no comments, is something I will defer my disappointment about.

  2.  Panama.  Part of me hopes that's true.  I mean, could be interesting.  Suppose they won't be doing any more Moscow nightclub reviews.

  3.  Weirdly, despite their claim of switching from Russia-centric news to America-centric news (which would make more sense than Panamanian news, because I think America really is just on the verge of morphing into Russia circa 1998, and I'm not trying to be funny now.  It's true.) they're still looking pretty darn Russia-centric to me.

  4.  The story about them being banned would be cooler if it were true.   Maybe it is?   I can't find any evidence of it.  But that would be just like the Russian government, to do it all sneaky-like spy-style and leave no tracks, frame the fleeing investors for their nefarious behavior.  Still, fleeing investors is not as interesting as being banned.

I was so ready to be wrong about all of this.  I love the eXile!  I want to be wrong!  sniff...

Come, my friends, 'Tis not too late to seek a newer world.
