Are hospitals just privatised without much ado, or are private entrepreneurs allowed to build new hospitals, or is just care in hospitals privatized (turning public employees into contract workers; also see the top-level comment in my Slovakia frontpage story)? *Traitor*, n. A benighted individual who perceives an illusory distinction between serving his nation and abetting the criminals who govern it.

Shaw)
