That doesn't look like what I would refer to as a pancake, but it does look delicious!

It's ok, Gringo, you can say it -- that is NOT a pancake!  Obviously, I've been gone too long.  Things have gotten out of hand around here...

Welcome back Izzy. Hope circumstances have improved for you. My father-in-law used to say everything has a solution except death. (I would consider a few more things but think he was generally correct.)

It IS a pancake. And to think I took some shoe photos for you...

Now, now... don't be hasty.  We shouldn't let a small thing like this pancake difference get in the way of the important things like shoes.

Blurred sorry, poor light. Fran said I should stalk her and get a picture of her shoes for the bow type thing on the top.  I tried to take photos of shoes in expensive shops but I got glared at by the sales people.

Thank you so much, In Wales!  I do understand the difficulties involved in taking photos of shoes -- whether they're in stores or on people's feet, folks can be testy about the whole thing.

Oh, and if you see my salon comment, I apologize for saying shoes had all but disappeared from the blog.  I wrote that before I saw these wonderful photos!

I'll make it easy, it can only be me, Fran or Helen that these belong to. Do you know us by our shoes?

Then-without looking at the thread, by a process of elimination, Izzy must have been right? :)

Prague meet up diary

This may give you a better idea of who we are from the photos, than perhaps shoes alone would do.

Don't hide!  Defend yourself!  In what world is that a pancake?  I... hell, I don't know what that is, but I suspect a crepe is involved...

It doesn't look thin enough for a crepe.

What I suspect you call a pancake is only a pancake if prefixed by the word "Scotch".  And even then, its closest relative is a scone.
