has been having health problems which is the reason we haven't seen him around in a while. He had an operation about a month ago and has been slow recovering.
I don't know if he'd agree to this but I thought It would be nice if anyone who felt like it would send their "best wishes."

So here's mine- Get well Ted!

I missed his voice around here! Sad to hear it's health. Get well quick!

By the way, what's up with techno, far easterner, stormy present, poemless, izzy, et al? Not that class attendance is obligatory... It's just kinda nice to catch a bleep now 'n again.

Far Easterner and poemless had serious disputes on ET and, for the moment have left, izzy will be in Paris this weekend so she's still with us, stormy present is here once in a while, techno?. I miss very much margouillat who just disappeared-I emailed him without response. Maybe Migeru knows knows something about RG-he's been absent a long time.

Migeru... any reaction to the Lib Dem conference?

The ditching of the support for the euro?

The new commitment to shrink the state?

Thanks for all the good wishes - and especially to Len (who's been very supportive by email)- I'm almost in tears.

I'm so sad I can't attend the Paris meetup - I really enjoyed meeting people last time - and sad that I can't participate here, though I look in briefly, and wistfully, from time to time.

Maybe it's because I'm a Londoner - that I moved to Nice.
