FWIW, State Rep is really the lowest rung on the ladder in the world of Chicago Politics. It's considered entry level stuff, right above, oh, student council. Which might explain why our state appears to be run by a bunch of clowns. Come, my friends, 'Tis not too late to seek a newer world.
