Has anyone else tried to use Google Earth on an iPhone? I'm supposed to write a tutorial about using it, but it crashes all. the. time.

Haven't really used it, but jsut played for five minutes without any problems. You've rebooted the phone, I assume?

Have now. Fixed.

First app that's needed a reboot - but at least it's stable now.

It's not unusual for resource hungry apps to need a reboot before use - some of them are really pushing the edges of what the iPhone is capable of and if other apps have tied up resources previously it can cause problems. Photobag (which I use to process pictures from the soulless on-board camera into something nicer) calls for a reboot about 50% of the time.

Works fine for me.  It lags a bit, but that's probably to be expected.

I must share with you the fact that I sent a link to this to my bf, a mac user, with an iphone (not sure which one he's using) but whatever he is using is fritzing out so he can't watch anything on it at the moment.  LOL

Love the ending.

works fine on my iPhone. Even my kids can't crash it - and they absolutely love it. StreetView in Paris is a lot of fun.
