I actually don't see a mechanism for this to feed into actual decision making processes. which is a real shame cos this is good stuff keep to the Fen Causeway
As you will see in future entries, some of the measures proposed will be enforced by legislative packages that will have to be translated into state law.
But of course, as long as the Union continues functioning as a Confederation all of this will take much effort and time to be put to work. Vencit omnia veritas.
