OK, I'm convinced, must get that Godfather DVD at some point.

But who is this black gentleman Muddy who sings for classy people who remain seated, of hoochie-coochie and mojo, and what are these things?

Don't get me wrong, it sounds wonderful, and I bet a lot will come of it.

Mr. Waters did bring some of those things to Britain, as i recall.

I'm sure there's better Muddy Waters youtubes or whatever around, but i wanted to get back to Francis' stories quickly.

There's a good recent movie called 'Chess' which tells the story of the label. Muddy has a major role as a Chess artist.

The version i have of the Chess story called Cadillac Records, with Jeffrey Wright as Muddy, Adrian Brody as Leonard Chess, and beyonce as Etta James. (Perhaps thats the German title, figuring most Germans won't know the Chess label?)

The one I've seen has also been called 'Who do you love?' and stars Brit David Oyelowo as Muddy. Directed by Jerry Zaks.
