After the changing of the rules to seed the candidates, then this, the Irish would have a reasonable right to feel that there was a conspiracy against them.

Any idiot can face a crisis - it's day to day living that wears you out.

If there had been a conspiracy, it would have been far easier to call the penalty kick 5 minutes earlier.

The conspiracy is refusing to allow the 4th referee to use video footage to advise the main referee in real time.
