When times are good public spending needs to be cut to keep them good and when times are bad public spending needs to be cut to make them good. Don't you know anything?

The one constant is that public spending needs to be reduced from whatever level it is at. Oh, and tax is bad, bad, bad, bad, bad because it removes money from the productive economy.
