HJM 4009 - 2009-10, "Claiming state sovereignty under the Tenth Amendment"
WHEREAS, The scope of power defined by the Tenth Amendment means that the federal government was created by the states specifically to be limited in its powers relative to those of the various states; and WHEREAS, Today, in 2009, the states are demonstrably treated as agents of the federal government; ... (2) That this serve as a Notice and Demand to the federal government to maintain the balance of powerw where the Constitution of the United States established it and to cease and desist, effective immediately, any and all mandates that are beyond the scope of its constitutionally delegated powers.

Clearly there are various malcontents seated in the several states' legislatures who are enured to enumerated powers of the Congress.
Article 1, sec. 8 : "To provide for calling forth the militia to execute the laws of the union, suppress insurrections and repel invasions; To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the militia, and for governing such part of them as may be employed in the service of the United States, reserving to the states respectively, the appointment of the officers, and the authority of training the militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress;"
The resolution is so spirited, so "righteous." Pretty funny how faith elides purpose. Diversity is the key to economic and political evolution.
