Thanks Sven,

I checked out the website...I understand this is a program, but are you saying that it is a major part of the educational system?

Again, I'm inviting people to start from scratch, and give me the building the blocks...would that include full funding for college (depending on grades)? How would we rationalize? Low user fees, or just a "one-time thru and that's all you get" policy?

Should government identify specific skill areas where demand far outstrips the projected long-term demand, and guarantee employment for those positions?

Build me a system...

Adulta is not a major part of the whole educational system. It has only 13.000 students.

Here is the Government Education system.

Here are the 26 government polytechnics. There is also a virtual Polytechnic.

There are, like Adulta, several for-profit business and retraining schools. State funding for tuition fees is available to the students, but not necessarily funding for the institutions.

The Swedish and Finnish education systems (and penal systems!) have been widely admired.
