Europeans are always up in arms about crimes perpetrated by members of a community they are prejudiced against.
Of course, the prejudices vary from country to country: for the French it's the North African Arabs (and the Roma too if we are to believe our government), for the Germans it's the Turks, for the Britons it's the "Pakis" and for the Serbs, apparently, it's the Albanians.

Europeans think a hundred miles is a long way. Americans think a hundred years is a long time.

It make sense but I am sorry I have to tell you that I would be saddened about members of ANY nation (including Serbs) who killed people (absolutely any people) for the purpose of trade of spare organs.
People kill each other every day anywhere for different reasons but this is something much more sinister then just "simple" killing. At least to me. I wondered if it is so for Europeans.
Especially as Europeans were all in arms (and rightly) about rapes and killings that Serbs did...
If Europeans do not have equal disgust for these horrific crimes then it's a definitely prejudice against Serbs.

According to the article in Ha'aretz, the suspects also include Israelis (Zaki Shapira again) and Turks, hardly anybody's group (taken as a whole) of bad guys.
