Since I had to manage a german provider who forgot to read the contract it had with my company, I do not believe anymore in German seriousness and precision.

They were nevertheless quite open and we found solutions around our problem. My impression is now that every country has its ways of being unprepared and messy, and that every people has its own ways to correct that.

The english press quoted here just doesn't understand how the world goes. Maybe a bit more work and life abroad would be a good thing for this journalist.
